Taylor Lambke scored twice in the third and Nicholas Champion made 35 saves for Acadie-Bathurst as the Titan downed the Halifax Mooseheads 3-1 in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action Friday.

The Mooseheads (0-3-0) jumped out to 1-0 lead late in the first on a power-play goal from Garrett Clark.

Champion would shut the door from then on as the Titan (1-2-0) scored three straight, starting with Eric Faille's power-play goal early in the second.

Elsewhere in the QMJHL it was: Moncton 4 P.E.I. 3; Quebec 5 Shawinigan 2; Lewiston 3 Baie-Comeau 2; Chicoutimi 6 Victoriaville 4; Drummondville 6 Rimouski 1; and Montreal 6 Val-d'Or 5.

At Halifax, with the scored tied 1-1 after two, Lambke scored his first of the night to give Acadie-Bathurst its first lead at 5:19 of the third.

With Halifax pressing for the tie, Lambke scored his second of the night short-handed at 15:31.

The Mooseheads outshot the Titan 38-26, with Champion turning aside all 14 shots in the third.

Mathieu Corbeil-Theriault took the loss for Halifax.

At Moncton, N.B., Ted Stephens and Allain Saulnier scored in the shootout as the Wildcats got past P.E.I.

At Quebec, Marc-Olivier Vallerand and Ryan Bourque each scored twice and added assists as the Remparts downed Shawinigan.

Maineiacs 3 Drakkar 2 (OT)

At Lewiston, Maine, Alexis Piette scored 2:05 into overtime as the Maineiacs twice came back from one-goal deficits to beat Baie-Comeau.

Sagueneens 6 Tigres 4

At Chicoutimi, Que., Jacob Lagace had two goals and two assists as the Sagueneens downed the Tigres.

Voltigeurs 6 Oceanic 1

At Drummondville, Que., the Voltigeurs rode Marc-Olivier Vachon's hat trick in their romp over Rimouski.

Olympiques 3 Huskies 2

At Rouyn-Noranda, Que., Maxime Clermont made 30 saves for the Olympiques as Gatineau held on to beat the Huskies.

Junior 6 Foreurs 5 (OT)

At Val-d'Or, Que., Hubert Genest scored in overtime for Montreal as the Junior downed the Foreurs.
